How long does it take to ship my order?

Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving the item and advise the condition of the product. If your product is damaged, you may be asked to send it back, depending on the circumstances. Note: You will not be charged for return shipping on any product that is damaged or defective in transit.

Why my order was canceled?

Canceling an order is one of the last things we want to do, but some situations come up where cancellation is the best option to save you time and money.

What do I do if my fixture is defective?

We ensure that each product is delivered to the user in perfect condition, but the shipping process can have unpredictable collisions that cause changes to the internal structure of the product. How do I know my package has been shipped?

Do you offer free shipping?

Do you ship internationally?

Most of our products can be shipped to the America, only some are sold to the United Kingdom and Europe (UK & EU on Sale). If you are located outside America you may purchase our products through one of our international distributors. If your country is not listed in our distributor list, please contact us, as we may be able to ship directly to your destination.

How do I use the coupon code?

We offer exclusive discount codes to select users during certain periods. You will receive the code in our promotional email newsletter or while browsing the site and can redeem it by pasting the code at checkout.

Can I use cash on delivery?

Unfortunately, cash on delivery is not currently available.

I forgot to use my discount code during the purchase. Can I refund the difference?

We generally honor promotions for anyone who purchased within the past 7 days. If that applies to your order, simply send us an email and we will apply a credit to your order for the price difference.

What is your refund policy?

What if I have to make a return?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Onforu, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving the item. All items returned for a refund must be in unworn, unused condition with the original tags attached.

We always strive to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an item, we are happy to help you. Just send us an email directly.

How long does it take for refunds to process?

When your refund starts processing, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days.

Do I have to pay a fee for refunds?

Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days of receiving their item(s). Returns are free for customers.

If the return is due the consumer, for instance, the items is as expected, but you changed your mind, then you are responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee is based on the shipping company you choose.


If the goods received are damaged or not correct, then the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee, and no restocking fee will charged to the consumer for the return.

Does the flood light have waterproof function?

Our floodlights are IP66 dustproof and waterproof, pay attention to the following points.


1. Do not install again the ground and easy to accumulate water location. Because it is easy to put the light in the water when it rains, beyond the waterproof standard.

2. If the lamp luminous upward, the angle between the luminous surface and the horizontal surface is greater than 30 degrees.


Recommended in a semi-outdoor environment, can not be completely exposed to the uncovered places to use.

Is 2000 lumens bright for a floodlight?

A 2000 lumen LED flood light is bright enough for most applications.

How long will an LED floodlight last?

LED floodlights have a very long lifespan, up to 50,000 hours compared to around 2,500 hours for halogen. This also means near zero maintenance – just install and enjoy. There are great savings in industrial settings where expensive machinery is required to reach high places.

Are LED floodlights eco friendly?

LED floodlights are tough, durable and eliminate the need for frequent bulb replacements, with no hazardous waste. You can save as much as 80% on electricity costs by using an LED floodlight. Mercury and lead are not used in the production of LED floodlights, unlike other options, with no harmful emissions like carbon.

How are LED floodlights fitted?

They come with an adjustable mounting bracket, allowing you to tilt the flood to the required angle. That means they do not need a pole or special mount.


For fixing, all you should need are standard screws and plugs. Our quality LED floodlights come with fitting and wiring instructions.


Switching them on and off is straightforward, through a standard switch or fused spur. In industrial settings they can be on timers, or daylight sensors.

In general, LED security lights to last for around 10,000 hours.

What is a good wattage for outdoor security lights?

The best wattage for outdoor lights is 40 watts and lower. Up to 40 watts is ideal for lighting pathways, garden beds, and other landscape areas. 40 to 80 watts are great for brightening areas like driveways, smaller yards, and the inside of your home.

How to controls a security light?

Onforu security lights offer three modes, Dusk to dawn, motion sensor and normal version. You can quickly choose the version that suits your lighting needs. 

Are UV black lights safe?

Exposure to UVA from black lights is well below the recognised safe limits and is not hazardous to people using them, working in their vicinity or who have them in their home.

Do black lights work in daytime?

Yes it is very easy to have a black light glow party during the day.

What's the difference between UV light and blacklight?

Strictly speaking, a black light is a kind of UV light. Black lights emit ultraviolet radiation (UV light). UV is radiation with a wavelength just shorter than that of violet light, which is the shortest wavelength of light in the visible part of the electromagnetic spectrum.

How long will these last on a permanent installation outside?

Onforu black lights last for 25,000 hours or more.

Could I use black light for sterillzation?

Our technicians do not recommend you to use our 100W LED black light for sterillzation.

What kinds of controls for RGB light?

Remote control and Mobile control(Bluetooth, WIFI).

How are RGB Light affected by heat?

In general, the cooler the environment, the higher an LED's light output will be. Higher temperatures generally reduce light output.

Does RGB light waste electricity?

No, RGB lights use the same electricity as other lighting devices when they display one color since they all run in one LED. 

Do RGB lights hurt your eyes?

No, RGB lights won't directly hurt your eyes but life-long exposure to blue peaks from LEDs may slightly increase the chance of having cataract and other age-related eye diseases.

Can you cut the strip shorter?

The strip lights can be cut to every 3 LEDs along the cutting marks.

How long can you keep strip lights on?

The rated life of many LEDs is over 50,000 hours.

Do LED strips catch fire?

The possibility of led strip lights catching fire is minuscule, even though they are hot to touch.

Are strip lights safe?

LED strip lights are as safe as any other electrical light source when installed and used correctly. 

Can LED strips get wet?

These strip lights can withstand partial exposure to liquid, including splashes, jets and condensation.
