Troubleshooting In-App Setup Issues with Onforu Devices

Downloading the Onforu App

The Onforu app is available for download on both Apple App Store and Google Play Store for phones and tablets. You can also scan the QR code provided in the instruction manual to access the app.

  1. Open the app store on your mobile device.
  2. Search for "Onforu."
  3. Download the Onforu app.

To access the latest features and fixes, ensure that your mobile device’s operating system is updated and that you have the latest version of the Onforu app.

Starting the Setup Process

Launch the Onforu app on your mobile device and tap "Add Device."

Check Your Internet Connection

Make sure your phone is connected to the internet. Verify your connection and then retry the setup process.

Entering the Correct Wi-Fi Password

Incorrect passwords are the most common reason for setup failures. Remember, passwords are case-sensitive. You can typically find your Wi-Fi password on a label located on the bottom or side of your router.
