Remote Area Surcharge (United States)

Certain remote locations require additional shipping fees due to higher carrier costs.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours on business days.

  • Orders placed on business days will be processed within 24 hours.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day.

  • Once shipped, delivery generally takes 3-8 business days depending on destination.

Please note that delivery times may be affected by weather conditions, carrier delays, or peak holiday seasons.


3. Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the order has been shipped.

  • If your order has not been shipped, you may request a full refund.

  • Once the order has been shipped or is in transit, cancellation is no longer possible.

4. Change Item or Shipping Address

If you need to modify your order or shipping address, please contact us immediately before shipment.

Please provide:

  • Order Number

  • Correct Product Information (if applicable)

  • Correct Shipping Address

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.


5. Incorrect Item or Missing Products

If you receive an incorrect item or your package is missing products, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order Number

  • Photos of the shipping label

  • Photos of the SKU label on the product box

  • Photos of the received product(s)

6. Damaged Parcel or Product

If your package or product arrives damaged, please take clear photos of:

  • The outer packaging

  • The shipping label

  • The damaged product

Please submit your claim within 30 days of delivery by contacting:

We will work with you to provide a replacement or suitable resolution.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Onforu is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, we recommend:

  1. Checking around your property.

  2. Contacting household members or neighbors.

  3. Contacting the shipping carrier directly.

  4. Contacting local authorities if theft is suspected.
