1. About Shipping
You can get your tracking number or check the status of your package from the order detail or your email send from Onforu.
Currently, we only ship to the US, and most EU countries. Due to the epidemic, we are unable to provide a signed receipt certificate at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
2. Cancel the order
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped out. If the order is canceled you will get a refund. We cannot cancel the order if the pckage is ready shipped out or it's in transport.
3. Change the item/shipping address
We can change your item/shipping address before the item is shipped. Just email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately with the following information:
* Order number
* Correct item name/shipping address
We can not change the delivery address after the product has already been shipped.
4. Wrong Item or quantity
If you received a product that's different from what you ordered or didn't receive all the products you purchase, please email us immediately with your order ID number and photos of the shipping label, the SKU model number on the back of the product box, and the product inside the box. Send all photos to email@example.com.
If your parcel has been damaged upon delivery, please take photographic evidence and send it to customer support firstname.lastname@example.org. All claims for parcels arriving damaged must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
6.Lost or stolen packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please contact your local shipping carrier.
