Possible reasons why your Onforu device is offline

  • Your Internet connection may be down or your Internet Service Provider (ISP) may be experiencing high traffic.
  • You may have recently changed your Wi-Fi network, Wi-Fi password or ISP.
  • You may have moved to a new location.
  • Your wired Onforu device may not be receiving power, may be unplugged, or the power may be out.
  • Your Onforu device may be too far from your Wi-Fi router.
  • Your Wi-Fi extender may be unplugged.
